CHURCH DIRECTORY PICTURES - 12/6/09
If you would like to be pictured in the new church directory, we've added Sunday, December 6th to our schedule. Pictures will be taken between the services and after the 10:30 service. SUNDAY AFTERNOON STUDY GROUP - UPDATE
The group meets at 4:14 on Sunday afternoons at Ascension. Currently we are studying the Gospel According to John.
Beginning November 15 and using expert video and written study guides, the group begins a Christian analysis of Fyodor Dostoevsky's The Brothers Karamazov. As a Christian, Dostoevsky, often debated the existence of God, the role of religion in modern societies, and the consequences of class differences on the individual through his fiction. Preparation reading for the November 15 session is The Brothers Karamazov, Part One, Books I & II.
